Laura: I'm doing a ten-kilometre run for a charity next week, and I'm looking for sponsors.
Paula: That's very good, Laura. What's it for?
Laura: I'ts for a children's charity.
Paula: And when are you running?
Laura: I'm running next Sunday. I'm hoping to raise about €150. Will you sponsor me?

TOSSA DE MAR

Hello today I'm going to talk about Tossa.

Well, I'm just talking about this topic because my grandparents live there and every summer I go there.

Tossa de mar is a municipality in Catalonia, located in the Costa Brava. In summer there is a lot of turism. 

Now I'm going to explain the main characteristics in Tossa.

The main characterisitics are: the beaches, the church and the castle.

The are three different beaches:

• The beach "la platja gran"

This is the principal beach in Tossa

• La mar menuda.
• El codolar 

"La Mar Menuda" and "El codolar" are similar, bouth are small.

Another of the characterisitics of Tossa is the curch. The church is called "església de Sant Vicens". It was build in 1775.

And the best thing that Tossa has is the Castle.

But it isn't a Castle, it is a Wall and in the topthere is a lighthouse. You can go walking to the top and watch everything in Tossa, it's very nice, especially in the night.

A lot of turist go to Tossa for whatch the castle.

The Queen's Birthay Parade

The Queen's birthay is on 21 April, but the public celebration in London is in June.. when the weather is good! The birthday paradefor the Queens is called Trooping the Colour. The military gives a royal salute and the Queen inspects her troops. Military bands play music too.. but not "Happy Birthay"!

Paula: You look upset, Laura. What's the matter?
Laura: Nothing. I don't want to talk about it.
Paula: Come on. What's up?
Laura:Well, I've just got this nasty text message from a guy in my class. What should I do, Paula?
Paula: WEll, whatever you do, don't reply. That's for sure.
Laura: Right.
Paula: And I think you should show it to your teacher.
Laura: Are you sure?
Paula: Yes, definitely. Don't worry, I'm sure everything will be OK.
Laura: Yes, you're right. Thanks, Paula.

Laura: Hey, Paula! I haven't seen you for a while.
Paula: Hi, Laura
Laura: You look happy.
Paula: Oh, yes, I've just auditioned for a band.
Laura: Really? Tell me about it. What happened?
Paula:Well, it was really good. There were five or six other people there, but I think that they killed me best.
Laura: That's good news. I'm glad to hear it. I hope it works out well for you.
Paula: We'll see. What about you? How have you been?
Laura: OK. No news, really. So, maybe see you soon on TV!
Paula: Yes maybe! See you around.

MTV 

Hello today Laura we're going to talk about the new channel, MTV. MTV is a serie of Music Television, is an American cable television, channel based in New York City. 

Now, we're going to explain four different programs of MTV.

“Shore”

Programs that have recently had more audience are Gandia Shore, Jersey Shore and Geordie Shore. 

They are about eight or nine people. They are living in a house for a month, they are in holidays but they work every day in a shop or in a restaurant. Some of the places where they were are: The people of Gadia Shore stay in Valencia. Actually the people of Jersey Shore are in Mexico and the people of Geordie shore are in Newcastle.

"Cita con mama" 

It's about a boy have an appointment with tree mothers, these women's talk about her daughters, they explain her physical. Ten the boy chose one that he likes, but he never saw them. 

"Plain Jane"

It's about a girl called Jane. She helps girls with her physical and her estem because they wants to get the guy who likes. Jane dressed the girls and she get a appointment for the girl and the boy. 

"embarazada a los 16"

It's about girls that he have been pregnant when she had sixteen years old. These girls teach her live with all the problems with the school, the father of her daughter etc.
